2025 was a year defined by progress and purpose. Through your dedication and teamwork, we achieved meaningful milestones in expanding access to innovative Sobi medicines, delivering real impact for patients with high unmet medical needs across our region. These accomplishments reflect not only strong execution, but also the deep commitment each of you brings to our shared mission.

As we step into 2026, we do so with renewed energy and ambition. Our strategy, “Bringing Brilliant Ideas to Life,” sets a clear direction for the future—calling on us to identify where patients need us most, unlock the full potential of our ideas and partnerships, and level up how we lead, collaborate, and execute.

What makes me most confident about the year ahead is you. Your engagement, resilience, and belief in what we can achieve together are what turn ideas into action and ambition into impact. When we move forward as one team, aligned behind a common purpose, we are capable of achieving extraordinary outcomes for patients and communities.
